Sunon modules cool LEDs for use indoors
Sunon
LED indoor-lighting cooling modules
Sunon has devised three LED indoor-lighting cooling modules.
The first module's ventilator inlet has a blocking ring that can control and increase the speed of airflow.
It can: quickly remove hot air, prevent hot air from flowing back to the light bulb and increase cooling efficiency by 10C compared with conventional designs.
It can also reduce noise by 17dBA, compared with conventional designs.
The second module features two-way operation and is built on a loop design.
The fan rotates clockwise to clean the dust on the bulb at the moment it starts up.
This is to avoid any dust - drawn into the fan during rotation - being blown into the cooling module or light bulb.
After rotating clockwise for a few seconds, the fan automatically rotates counter-clockwise for cooling.
This increases light-bulb cooling efficiency and prolongs the LED light-bulb's service life.
The third module has a quiet cooling design, allowing it to be used in digital ranges.
