Pacer reveals Mitsubishi semiconductor lasers
Pacer
Mitsubishi semiconductor lasers
Pacer has released the Mitsubishi ML3XX2 series of high-power, high-efficiency blue-violet semiconductor lasers.
They provide a stable, single transverse mode oscillation with a typical emission wavelength of 405nm.
Standard pulse light output is 250mW, with CW output power at 140mW.
The lasers feature high-efficiency (1.5W/A).
5.6mm (ML320G2) and 3.8mm (ML329G2) diameter TO-can versions of this device are available.
