Duris E 3 LEDs
Mouser Electronics is offering Osram Opto Semiconductor’s Duris E 3 LEDs, which are suitable for use in SMT assemblies, retrofit (T8/T5) and linear lights, task lights, signage and white goods.
The light sources have a footprint of 3.0mm x 1.4mm and feature a PLCC package.
They produce a light of 7 lumens when driven at 20mA with 3VDC at 0.06W.
The light produced is at a beam angle of 120°.
