Stockeryale, a designer and manufacturer of diode-based laser modules and LED systems for industrial OEMs, has launched the Lotus LED line light product range at the Vision 2009 show in Germany.
Produced at the company's Cork, Ireland-based research-and-development and manufacturing facility, the Lotus LED product line provides an alternative solution to fluorescent illumination used in a variety of machine-vision applications.
The Lotus has a design that utilises the latest LED technology combined with an integrated optical system to produce high-performance line lights.
The flexible design makes the Lotus compatible with both backlighting and front-lighting web applications, providing a broad and uniform beam that is consistent across webs as wide as 5m.
