SLD333V
The SLD333V is Sony's latest high-power infra-red laser diode, with an absolute maximum optical output power of 1.1W at 790-840nm and a high optical power density of 1W/100um.
The SLD333V is Sony's latest high-power infra-red laserdiode, with an absolute maximum optical output power of 1.1W at790-840nm and a high optical power density of 1W/100um (emittingline width).
These diodes are designed to have a uniform emissionarea and are suitable for applications such as solid-state laserexcitation, measurement, material processing or as a therapeuticlaser in medical equipment.
The SLD333V has a threshold currentof 0.2A, typical operating current of 1.2A, operating voltage of2V, laser diode reverse voltage of 3V and differential efficiencyof 0.9W/A.
The operating temperature ranges from -10 to +30C.They are AlGaAs laser diodes with quantum well structures, supplied in an easy to handle 9mm package, with an operatinglifetime of 10kh (MTTF).
