AM6-940B-20-608 diode
Alfalight's 940nm 6W uncooled multimode laser diode for cladding-pumped telecom fibre amplifiers will improve the energy-efficiency of high-reliability laser diode pumps by about 50 per cent.
The AM6-940B-20-608 includes a thermistor for temperature tracking, supporting complete system diagnostic and performance monitoring.
It is available in a compact hermetic six-pin package and is offered with a 105um, 0.22 NA fibre.
Target applications are erbium-ytterbium fibre amplifiers for CaTV and FTTx networks.
The device is qualified and meets all GR-468 standards.
