Laser diodes
World Star Technologies has announced the availability of high-power red laser diodes from Opnext.
The HL6388MG diode provides up to 250mW power at 637nm wavelength and the HL6385DG provides 150mW at 642nm wavelength.
The high output power and visibility of these laser diodes make them suitable for use in laser display applications.
They also have numerous applications in the biomedical and industrial fields.
These diodes are available as complete modules with integrated driver and optics for ease of use.
