DL-LS5010
Sanyo blue-violet laser diodes are now available in a version giving 50mW light output at 405nm wavelength in a 5.6mm package.
Sanyo blue-violet laser diodes are now available in a versiongiving 50mW light output at 405nm wavelength in a 5.6mm package. The increased power, stable beam structure, lower noise and lowercurrent consumption all add up to a higher performance comparedwith conventional blue-violet laser diodes.
The DL-LS5010 laserhas a low threshold current of 50mA, typical operating current of100mA, operating voltage of 5.9V and differential efficiency of1.0mW/mA.
