The HL6525MG and HL6526FM areAlGaInP laser diodes with multiple-quantum-well (MQW) structures.These laser diodes are suitable for applications requiring highvisibility in demanding environments, such as machine vision, andalso applications that need highly visible laser lines such asrequired in the wood processing industry and automotivealignment.
The HL6525MG and HL6526FM have a threshold current of40mA, typical operating current of 110mA, operating voltage of2.6V, laser diode reverse voltage of 2V and astigmatism of 1mm.Both devices have operating temperatures ranges from -10 to +70C(CW), and -10 to +75C (pulsed).
The HL6525MG and HL6526FM aresupplied in the 5.6mm package that is standard for optical diskdrive applications, enabling end products to be kept compact.
TheHL6525MG device has a laser diode connection to the outer case,whereas the HL6526FM provides users with a case isolated device.
