They produce ahighly visible circular output beam of less than 2.0mm diameterwith beam divergence of better than 2.0mrad.
Output powers of 0.9and 4mW are available with a maximum operating current of 250mA.Power stability is better than 5% over 7h.
Digital modulationcapability of 0-1kHz is standard.
