Sanyo DL-LS2032, DL-LS2031 and DL-LS2052
Three new Sanyo laser diodes offer single longitudinal and fundamental transverse mode performance with CW powers of 100 and 150mW at a lasing wavelength of 808nm.
Three new Sanyo laser diodes offer single longitudinal andfundamental transverse mode performance with CW powers of 100 and150mW at a lasing wavelength of 808nm.
The wavelength, singlemode and fundamental transverse performance of these diodes makethem ideal excitation sources for solid-state YAG lasers, togenerate 532nm "green" laser outputs.
Otherapplications include free space communications, therapeuticmedical equipment and scientific equipment.
The DL-LS2032(100mW), is supplied in a 5.6mm package and has a low thresholdcurrent of 40mA, low operating current of 125mA and low operatingvoltage of 2V.
The DL-LS2031 (150mW), is supplied in a 9mmpackage, and has a low threshold current of 50mA, operatingcurrent of 180mA and low operating voltage of 2V.
The DL-LS2052provides 150mW in a small 5.6mm package, which makes it a uniqueproduct at this wavelength, with low threshold and operatingcurrents and low operating voltage.
The operating temperature ofall three devices ranges from -10 to +50C.
They have positive (Ntype) pin connections and can be supplied in three wavelengthtolerance bands of +/-3, +/-5 and +/-10nm.
