Yamaichi Electronics has developed its Hermetic Sealed technology to reduce costs, and improve safety and functionality in photovoltaic connectors.
The technology provides a IP68 leak-proof overmould of cable and contact in one working process, with no single parts or fittings required.
The installer receives the finished assembled and tested cable from Yamaichi, tailored to the specific application.
on-site crimping or cable cutting is not needed.
Yamaichi will be exhibiting at the EU PVSEC in Valencia, Spain, from 6-9 September 2010.
