Phihong adapters have country-specific plugs

Available in 5- and 9V DC outputs, the PSC12x Series consists of five versions: A, E, K, S, and C, each of which features a country-specific fixed-outlet plug.

PSC12A adapters are equipped for use in the US, PSC12E for Europe, PSC12K for the UK, PSC12S for Australia and New Zealand and PSC12C for China.

Suitable for wireless communications, portable equipment, networking and peripherals, all versions of the PSC12x Series are Energy Star EPS Version 2.0 (Level V)-compliant.

Phihong's PSC12x Series adapters are double insulated, meet Class B EMI standards and feature short-circuit protection with auto-restart, as well as over-current and over-voltage protection.

All models in the series feature a power draw of less than 0.3W at no-load.

Average operating efficiency for 5V DC models (PSC12x-050) is greater than 73.4 per cent and for 9V DC models (PSC12x-090) is greater than 76.6 per cent.

PSC12A adapters (US) feature cUL/UL, PSC12E adapters (Europe) feature CE, PSC12S adapters (Australia) feature SAA and C-Tick, and PSC12C adapters (China) feature CCC.

Models designated for use in the UK (PSC12K) and European Union (PSC12E) also bear TUV safety approvals.

PSC12x Series adapters are rated for operation from 0 to 40C.
