Hypertac M12 interconnect system
The Hypertac M12 interconnect system, built using Hypertac hyperboloid contact technology, is available in the UK from Aerco.
With Hypertac hyperboloid technology, the contact wires align themselves elastically as contact lines around the pin and this forms a high number of contact paths, providing performance in terms of mating cycles, shock and vibration immunity, long life, low contact resistance and low insertion and extraction force.
Suitable for sensitive industrial applications working under high shock and vibration conditions where space is at a premium, connectors in the Hypertac M12 series are available as three, four or five-way female or male cable connectors in straight or right-angled format, female and male receptacles and extension cords.
Bespoke types can be designed to meet customer requirements.
Cable qualities are standard PUR and PVC and the M12 series meets sealing to IP67 when mated.
