Capacity of Telegartner loads extended to 625W
Quadrant Connections
Telegartner termination loads
Quadrant has introduced accessories that extend the power-handling capability of the Telegartner 50 ohm termination loads up to 625W.
This makes them suitable for telecommunication and radio applications.
These terminal loads have a power range that caters for the 10W requirement of mobile communication applications up to the 625W version, which is fitted with an external heat-sink, specifically designed for radio broadcasting transmission stations.
The loads terminate RF systems by simulating a load and dissipating energy.
These high performance loads are available in 7/16, N, TNC, SMA and R-SMA series and cover the frequency range from DC up to 18 GHz.
Return losses are typically >26dB at 960 MHz, >32 dB at 2.5 GHz, >25 dB at 6.0 GHz, >21 dB at 7.5 GHz and >13 dB at 18.0 GHz.
