Han Pushpull connectors
Harting has added two gender changers to the Han Pushpull range of industrial connectors.
The latest additions will allow interfacing of different cable types in accordance with the Profinet guidelines for data cabling with RJ45 interfacing and 24V power supplies.
The RJ45 device has transmission characteristics based on Cat 6: Class E for operation at frequencies up to 250MHz, while the power device is designed for use with a 24V power supply rated at up to 16A, and includes a four-pole insert with function ground.
Both devices are supplied in rugged metal housings, and include four M5 mounting screws for mounting to flat bases.
Han Pushpull is a range of rugged connectors for transmitting optical, electronic and power signals, and is rated to the IP65/IP67 protection class.
The Pushpull connectors comply with the Profinet guidelines, and are already in widespread use in industrial machines and plant automation applications.
