Conforming to industrystandards, the press-fit PC/104 and PC/104 Plus connectorsprovide a cost effective and reliable alternative to conventionalsoldering processes.
The press-fit style of pin allows for fast,simple insertion connector termination, eliminating costly handsoldering and risk of solder bridging.
This range also allowsrework on the board by pressing the connector in a reverseprocess, allowing a replacement connector to be inserted.
Thehousings are manufactured from high-temperature nylon and thecontacts are phosphor bronze with gold flash plating forreliability and performance.
The connectors have a current ratingof 2.0A per pin, an initial contact resistance of 30mohm andoperate between -55 and +105C.
Components are packaged in tubes.
