ODU releases MAC LC PCB termination module
ODU
MAC LC PCB termination module
ODU has added a PCB termination module to the ODU MAC LC (modular rectangular connectors).
This module allows simple and efficient connection of PCBs to rectangular connectors.
The PCB modules are first soldered on to the PCB and then the ODU MAC LC can simply be plugged in.
No extra frame is needed on the PCB side, which reduces assembly costs.
The ODU MAC LC PCB module features: a solder temperature of 260C/500F (30s); five, six and 10 contact positions available; pre-mounted solder joints; PA (black) insulator material; and insertion forces that remain in the connector, meaning there is no unnecessary stress on the PCB.
