JAE connectors feature strong mating structure
JAE
KX24/25 series connectors
Robust 0.8mm-pitch board-to-board connectors from JAE Europe feature a strong mating guide structure for rack and panel mounting, and also employ a non-pin-type structure to withstand mating twists.
The KX24/25 series connectors save weight and space in electronic office appliances, consumer products and medical devices, as well as industrial equipment such as test and measurement instruments, rack-mounted systems or equipment controllers.
Five widths are available from 80 to 180 positions in vertical and horizontal versions, allowing designers to reduce PCB dimensions or increase utilisation of board edge space.
The connectors feature through-hole mounting, with long contact stroke for high reliability, and produce an audible click when mated.
Contact rating is 0.5A per pin, and the connectors are suitable for operation within the temperature range -40C to +80C.
