card connector for SD memory and multimedia cards
Alps Electric
SCDG4B0100
With the SCDG4B0100, Alps Electric complements its card connector series with an additional model for SD memory cards, multimedia cards, memory sticks and xD picture cards.
The surface-mountable four-in-one combine type card connector is available as standard-mount version.
It offers a low-profile design with dimensions of 29.7 x 37.85 x 4.2mm and an ejection stroke of 5mm for the storage media.
For enhanced user friendliness, the combine type connector is realised as push-push type, which allows for easy handling through manual insertion and removal of the memory cards.
Thereby, the SCDG4B0100 guarantees an operating life of 5,000 insertion/removal cycles.
The operating temperature ranges from -10 to 60C.
Further technical specifications include a maximum initial contact resistance of 200mohm at the connector contacts and 600mohms at the detection switch, an insulation resistance of up to 1,000mohm and a voltage proof of 100V AC/min.
The four-in-one combine-type card connector complies with the RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) directive.
It is suitable for reflow soldering and is available in minimum packing units of 300 pieces.
For automatic mounting, the SCDG4B0100 is packaged on embossed tape with a width of 56mm.
