Winchester Electronics’ Powersnap high-power connectors, available in the UK from Aerco, are suitable for board-to-board and wire-to-board applications.
The RoHS-compliant devices are rated at up to 40A and feature ‘snap’ connections for secure mating.
PCB designs include vertical plugs and jacks available in through-hole solder or SMT while wire terminal designs include right angle or straight format in 20A, 30A or 40A with a range of wire sizes.
Powersnap is available in pick-and-place and tape-and-reel formats for automated assembly.
