AVX’s GL Series broadband inductor is suitable for use in high-speed data communication, optical receiver sub-assemblies and transimpedance amplifiers, and by high-frequency test equipment manufacturers.
The AVX has a pyramid shape and powdered iron core and, according to the company, has a good flat frequency response and return loss.
It has an operating temperature range of -55–125°C.
The unit also has a typical return loss of -17 to -18dB, depending on the level of inductance.
