Lynx directional couplers
Link Microtek has expanded its portfolio of Lynx microwave components with the addition of a range of directional couplers that are claimed to deliver high performance.
Manufactured to stringent quality standards, the couplers cover the frequency range 500MHz to 18GHz and are suitable for use in a wide variety of commercial and military applications.
They can be specified with a choice of SMA-type or N-type female connectors and are available with coupling values of 5dB, 6dB, 7dB, 10dB, 15dB, 20dB or 30dB.
Featuring insertion losses as low as 0.4dB, the couplers offer VSWR values from 1.2:1 to 1.6:1, a frequency sensitivity of +/-0.7dB or +/-1.0dB, and a directivity of 10dB, 12dB, 18dB or 20dB.
The Lynx couplers have an operating temperature range of -55 to 85C and are suitable for integration into mobile-phone infrastructure or satellite communications equipment.
Lynx is a brand resulting from the collaboration of Elexo of France, Globes Elektronik of Germany and Link Microtek of the UK.
The new directional coupler range can be obtained from any of the three Lynx partner companies.
