90-degree hybrid devices

Link Microtek, a radio-frequency (RF) and microwave component specialist, is offering two series of 90-degree hybrid devices.

The TGD-A2 and TGD-B2 hybrids are designed to function as either combiners or dividers in a range of military and commercial applications over the 0.2GHz to 18.0GHz frequency range.

Manufactured at Tiger Microwave's production facility on the outskirts of Chengdu, the devices utilise strip-line technology.

The TGD-A2 series devices are equipped with SMA-type female connectors and feature a 50ohm impedance, insertion losses as low as 0.3dB and VSWR values ranging from 1.2:1 to 1.6:1.

In addition, they offer phase and amplitude balance and a high isolation of 22dB, typically.

The TGD-B2 series of hybrids has N-type female connectors and a power-handling capability of 120W, making the devices suitable for use in high-power cellular communication applications in the 0.8GHz to 2.5GHz frequency band.
