matched Balun filter
Johanson Technology (JTI) has announced the 0896BM15A0001 matched Balun filter.
This device was designed for Texas Instruments CC11XX applications for the European 868MHz SRD (short range device) band, ETSI EN 300 220, and the 915 MHz US ISM band.
Insertion loss is 1.5dB maximum with second harmonic rejection of 25dB minimum and third, fourth and fifth harmonic rejection of 35dB minimum.
This ceramic chip matched Balun filter, when used in combination with TI's CC11XX chip, provides customers with a more robust and cost-effective system.
The combination of the TI and JTI chips offers a reduced component count design, providing a more compact system that is less susceptible to production variation in individual components and placement that ultimately affect system yields.
