Adtech to make appearance at EMPC 2009

Adtech Ceramics will exhibit at the European Microelectronics and Packaging Conference (EMPC) 2009, from 15-18 June at Palacongressi in Rimini, Italy.
Adtech Ceramics produces custom multilayer co-fire ceramic packages in 92 per cent alumina (HTCC), aluminium nitride (AlN) and LTCC materials.
The 92 per cent alumina base HTCC material can also be formed and metallised using an injection-moulding process for complex shape requirements.
Chemical milling of materials, including Kovar, Alloy 42, stainless and spring steel, is available for various products such as step lids, lead frames, seal rings and other custom products.
These capabilities are used in applications for: medical, military, optoelectronics, high frequency, high reliability, industrial/commercial and high-temperature electronics.
Adtech's manufacturing facility has a 30-year history of designing, tooling and manufacturing multi-layer ceramic packages and feed-throughs and includes a full microwave-modelling and custom-design centre.
