Autoflex EB

Macdermid Autotype’s Autoflex EB was used by BOM Group to manufacture its Tuffscreen touch screen in order to solve the problem of cracked screens used for airport duty-free.

Macdermid Autotype’s Autoflex EB hard-coated polyester film was used by BOM Group to create its Tuffscreen touch screen.

Tuffscreen was invented in order to solve the issue of cracked or broken screens on devices used by aircraft for duty free sales.

It uses the Autoflex EB hardcoated polyester film, which has an abrasion and impact resistant surface.

It is adhered to a clear, gel layer that acts as a cushion to protect the screen.
