Quad Navigation switch assembly
CandK Components has developed a Quad Navigation switch assembly.
The four-way switch is available with backlit illumination and painted and laser-etched buttons, and was designed specifically for GPS and communications applications, along with off-road vehicles, material handling equipment and instrumentation panels.
The Quad Navigation switch assembly features four uniformly backlit tactile switches, with the option to have one of the switches recessed to prevent accidental actuation.
It has an operating force of 2N and minimum electrical and mechanical life to 30,000 cycles.
Continuous operating voltage ranges from 10 to 30V DC, maximum switch current is 50mA and operating temperature ranges from - 40C to +85C.
The Quad switch assembly is constructed with a glass-filled PBT housing and PBT cover.
The RoHS-compliant switch assembly is also available with custom graphics and colours.
