Rolec has introduced the Aludisc range, which it claims is the world’s first standard range of round diecast aluminium enclosures for industrial electronics and electrical equipment.

The enclosures have a round shape that has been designed to integrate both visually and functionally with industrial applications where everything is round, such as pipes, tanks, lamps and displays.
Typical applications will include process-control equipment, monitoring and detection systems, flow metering and other industrial measuring devices.

- Rated to IP 66 as standard
- Can be specified to IP 67 and IP 69K with factory-fitted gaskets
- Manufactured in diecast aluminium
- Powder painted light grey RAL 7035
- External dimensions of 150 x 139 x 80mm
- Clip-in lid cover trims moulded in black POM plastic hide assembly and mounting screws
- Can be mounted to a wall, machine or other equipment while still assembled
- Round, recessed area in the lid designed for mounting membrane keypads, display modules, controls or product labels
- Separate model is available pre-fitted with a transparent hinged cover for extra protection of the controls
- Cover opened and closed by a quarter-turn fastener
- Threaded screw bosses provided inside for mounting PCBs, mounting plates, earth leads and other components
- Mounting screws included in the kit
- Accessories include replacement lid assembly screws
