FP-1000 standalone printer
Fujitsu has developed the FP-1000 standalone printer as a modular system that can be used for ECR, kitchen printing and point-of-sale applications among many others.
The FP-1000 single-station printer has a printing speed of up to 180mm per second and measures 144mm in width, 184mm in depth and 120mm in height (with an external adapter).
It has been designed to be very durable, with a high-reliability print head offering a minimum printing life of 100km, a long-life cutter that offers a minimum of 1.5 million cuts and a heavy-duty mechanism with an MCBF of 60 million lines.
The optional splash-proof cover makes the FP-1000 suitable for kitchen printing.
Its bracket system enables the printer to be used both horizontally and vertically.
The printer is also equipped with a buzzer to inform kitchen personnel of new prints.
Fujitsu has developed the FP-1000 in two versions: one to accommodate the power supply internally and the other with a separate power supply.
This enables the printer to be used in areas with limited space.
It is also designed to include a fiscal board that enables it to be used for ECR applications with fiscal memory.
