WVGA TFT display
2001 has introduced a 7in WVGA TFT display with LED backlight.
The G070Y2-L01 provides an image display up to 16.2 million colours at a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, making it suitable for most industrial applications.
The lifetime of the LED backlight is specified as a minimum 50,000 hours, which exceeds the standard lifetime of most industrial CCFL backlight systems.
It features brightness of 500cd/m2; high-contrast ratio of 600:1; viewing angles of 120deg right/left and 140deg up/down; and also supports operating from 30 to 85C and storage from -40 to 95C.
The G070Y2-L01 uses the industry-standard, single-link LVDS digital interface and accepts 8 or 6-bit RGB data plus dot clock and data enable signals.
Scan direction is also reversible.
To enable customers to reduce time to market, 2001's Display Division has enhanced the full TFT range by offering additional support products, including touch-sensor technologies, single-board computers (SBCs) and customised cabling.
Customers can book an onsite demo of a fully working system by contacting 2001's Displays Engineering team.
