Digital Displays has released an 8.4in VGA 640 x 480 pixel TFT that features "low reflection" technology for enhanced viewing in high ambient light conditions.
The display is treated with a special antireflection coating that significantly reduces reflections on the displays surface while maintaining a sharp easy to read image.
It is suitable for outdoor applications or indoor locations that are exposed to high ambient light conditions.
The DDL-084-04 features a CMOS interface for simple integration, a brightness of 500cd/m2 with a high contrast of 500:1.
The TFT will display 256K colours and has an operating temperature range of -20 to +70C.
