Densitron introduces LED backlight TFT displays

The displays are said to offer outstanding image quality and an LED backlight with a lifetime specified at 50K hours minimum.

The 10.4in XGA module (G104X1-L04) incorporates CMO's latest MVA technology, is based on in-plane switching (IPS) technology, and achieves a wide viewing angle range of 176deg.

Brightness is 500cd/m with a high contrast ratio of 1200:1.

They have an operating temperature range of -20C to +70C.

The 12.1in XGA module (G121X1-L03) features brightness, 500cd/m, 700:1 contrast ratio, expanded viewing angles, 160deg and an extended operating temperature range of -30C to +70C.

The 10.4in and 12.1in XGA TFT display have advanced features to make them suitable for a variety of applications.

Through fast response times and ultra-wide viewing angle, entertainment and broadcast equipment needs are met.

The high resolution and high contrast ratio are suitable for instrumentation applications and portable medical/patient monitors.

The XGA resolution also enables graphic-intensive Microsoft Windows-based applications, making these displays suitable for portable monitors and tablet PCs.

Both panels have got a single channel LVDS interface, however, Densitron has already developed analogue kit solutions, which means these panels can be driven either digitally via a single board computer or analogue via an ADC board.
