UEI V10 catalogue
United Electronic Industries (UEI) has released Volume 10 of its catalogue, detailing its Cube and Racktangle I/O chassis, including the Halfrack chassis.
The catalogue outlines how the various chassis may be deployed as Ethernet I/O systems, standalone data loggers, Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs), Simulink targets and Modbus TCP slaves.
It also describes the list of I/O boards available for use with the Rack and Cube chassis, including analogue and digital I/O; counter timers; ICP/IEPE interfaces; ARINC-429 and MIL-1553 avionics, and serial and CAN-bus ports.
Volume 10 marks UEI's introduction of a 10-year product-availability guarantee and includes several additional product application briefs such as NASA's use of the UEIPAC in the Colbert treadmill, to be installed on the International Space Station; and the US Air Force's use of an Ethernet DAQ system in a jet engine test cell.
