Surtech to supply KM6-II subrack

Surtech can supply the KM6-II in kit form or fully assembled, configured to specific customer requirements.

Additionally, Surtech offers a complete modification and customisation service for KM6-II subrack front panels, to suit specialised or unusual applications.

KM6-II subracks are available in two versions: KM6-II Standard, which is optimised for 160mm and 200mm, 3U and 6U eurocards; and KM6-II Universal, which is suitable for 3U, 4U, 6U and 9U applications.

With end plates up to 420mm high, the KM6-II Universal can be configured in many different ways, as there are hundreds of parts and accessories available.

It has two screw fixings on all tie-bars, enabling it to withstand the weight of the heaviest components, as well as shock and vibration.

KM6-II subracks meet relevant international specifications and are suitable for all open- architecture bus structures - VMEbus or compact PCI - making them suitable for broadcast, telecommunications, test equipment and all general purpose applications.

KM6-II subracks are held in stock by Surtech and can be ordered for same-day dispatch from its Andover warehouse.
