Sunon DR Maglev Motor Fan
The Sunon DR Maglev Motor Fan uses the Maglev technology and incorporates new design features to increase dust resistance and prevent oil leakage.
According to the company, after eight years of development and testing, the Sunon DR Maglev Motor Fan is being introduced with four advantages: better oil leak prevention, better dust resistance, higher reliability and a longer life expectancy.
The two design concepts of DR Maglev development are Blanked and Seamless (BandS) Technology and Seal and Clip (SandC) Design.
These designs bring three efficiencies to extend fan life.
First, SandC Design provides high resistance to dust invasion and extends motor life.
Second, the one-piece structure with the BandS Technology and the SandC Design prevents oil leakage.
Third, the SandC Design can prevent the stator and impeller from falling off and help reduce noise that is caused by stator and impeller movement after a period of usage.
The design is intended to improve life expectancy and reliability.
