Vacuum tweezer kit handles 200um-sized parts

Virtual Industries has introduced its small part vacuum tweezer kit (TV1000-SP8-BD).
This general purpose vacuum handling tool plugs directly into 110V 50/60Hz (220V units also available).
The unit handles a wide variety of optics, ball lenses and SMT parts used in the industry.
Parts as small as 0.008in (0.20mm) are handled without damage.
Vacuum tweezers eliminate lost parts associated with mechanical tweezer handling.
The long-life diaphragm vacuum pump generates up to 10in of mercury with an open air flow of 2.3lpm.
The unit connects to ground automatically with a three-wire power cord.
Other features include quiet operation, a push-button release vacuum pick-up handle, 5ft of coiled vacuum hose, rubber no-skid feet, and a side mounted handle holder.
The handling kit also comes complete with a set of nine vacuum tips (VCS-9-B), and a set of eight angled small parts tips (VSPT-KIT-8-BD).
