Nihon offers flux-cored solder wire
Nihon Superior
solder wire
Nihon Superior has introduced SN100C(510) lead-free, flux-cored solder wire.
This high-reliability flux-cored solder wire generates very little spatter, even with the high solder tip temperatures required to burn off polyurethane insulating enamel.
The SN100C alloy reduces risk of copper erosion during soldering and slow growth of the interfacial intermetallic layer in service.
Other features include low flux spattering, minimal cracking of flux residue, low fuming and odour, and cost-effective high-temperature soldering.
The wire can also be used with soldering tip temperatures of up to 480C.
