Axis offers Myremote data reporting package
Mydata Automation
Axis Myremote Performance
Axis Electronics is offering its Myremote Performance package for Mydata MY9 and MY12 pick-and-place machines.
Myremote Performance works with data from the machine's error and utilisation logs, and also from the package and part libraries.
This data is transmitted regularly to Mydata by email, where it is analysed within seven days by the company's experts.
Based on this analysis, they produce a report with detailed recommendations for enhancing performance, which is delivered to the client by email.
Mydata follows up every Myremote Performance report by contacting the client to ensure that the recommendations are clear and that the client has no problems with implementing them.
Typical recommendations include using a different tool for a particular package style, adjusting the pick wait time, modifying lead lengths and fine-tuning position feedback.
On receipt, the reports are sent to line technicians responsible for operating the Mydata machines, who ensure that they are happy with the recommendations before they implement them.
Any comments are fed back to Mydata and are taken into account in the formulation of future recommendations.
