Mobile clean room needs no fixed installation
Link Hamson
Filtronic CBC-R mobile clean room
The Filtronic CBC-R mobile clean room from Link Hamson has been designed for sensitive production processes.
The CBC-R can be placed on a bench without the need for fixed installation.
There is unrestricted access to the work area inside the cabinet and ISO Class Five air cleanliness is achieved within the work zone as per SS-EN-ISO 14644-1, meaning less than 100 particles >0.5um/ft3.
An air curtain provides invisible protection; the operator has a clear view of the work zone without any obstruction, and the front of the cabinet is open to allow free access to the work area.
Lighting in the CBC-R is right above the work area and is both dazzle- and shadow-free.
The sound level is 55dB(A) in the operator zone.
The CBC-R is ideally suited to assembling particle/dust sensitive optical and display components, precision weight measurement, nano technology, medical and laboratory applications.
