Duratron U1000 PEI
The Duratron U1000 PEI material from Quadrant Engineering Plastic Products can be used to manufacture connectors and fixtures for electronics applications, including those close to harsh production environments.
The PEI can perform at temperatures of up to 170°C and is resistant to moisture and steam.
According to the company, the PEI is resistant to electrical energy at a much higher level than many other affordable engineering plastic materials.
Quadrant also offers the material in a glass-reinforced grade for high-strength applications.
