Multitest unveils ACC feature for MT9510 equipment
Multitest Elektronische Systeme
automatic contactor cleaning feature/MT9510
Multitest has introduced the automatic contactor cleaning (ACC) feature for the MT9510.
The ACC is capable of cleaning the contactor quickly and without manual interruption of the handling process.
The ACC is a fully automated and software-controlled concept that does not require any opening, undocking, or downtime of the handler during operation.
This solution allows users to define the cleaning cycles conservatively - in other words, to schedule the cleaning before the actual yield loss occurs without noticeable drawback on throughput.
The cleaning cycles can be set individually via the handler human-machine interface.
The ACC does not require any modifications of the handler base unit and is easy to install into any existing MT9510 and MT9510XP equipment.
