Sn100C solder paste/wires
BLT Circuit Services has announced the stocking, sales and technical support of the Sn100C solder paste and solder wires manufactured by AIM Solder.
AIM NC257-2 Sn100C solder paste is offered as standard with T4 powder for fine print and offers solderability, 24hr tack life and bright solder joints after reflow.
Reflow parameters are the same as required with SAC305, eliminating profile changes.
To compliment the Sn100C solder paste, BLT offers the No Clean Glowcore Sn100C solder wire.
This is available in sizes from 0.25 to 1.2mm, offering good flow characteristics and minimal residues with bright solder joints.
