LT6654 SOT23 series voltage reference
Linear Technology has introduced the LT6654, a SOT23 series voltage reference designed specifically for precision operation from -40 to 125C.
This voltage reference combines 0.05 per cent initial accuracy, 10ppm temperature drift and low frequency noise of 1.6ppm.
The LT6654 can operate on a supply voltage as low as 100mV above the output and it maintains a line regulation error of 5ppm/V on a supply voltage up to 36V.
The buffered output enables source or sink capability up to 10mA and limits load regulation error to 8ppm/mA.
In addition, the sink capability allows the LT6654 to operate as a negative voltage reference without compromising precision.
Advanced design, processing and packaging techniques ensure long term stability, as well as low thermal hysteresis over the full temperature range of -40 to 125C.
The LT6654 is currently in production with a 2.5V output version and additional voltage options will be available soon.
Prices start at $1.55 (?0.95) each in 1,000-piece quantities.
