Windmill Software has announced that a new version of the Comdebug data-logging and com-port troubleshooting software is free to every subscriber to the company’s Monitor newsletter.
This new version enables users to enter and record data in Hexadecimal, ASCII or binary format and logs data from serial instruments such as PIC microcontrollers, RFID readers, PLCs and data loggers.
The software collects data from devices connected to the PC’s com port over RS232, RS422, RS485 and Modbus.
