Rittal offers calculation software for choosing efficient enclosure climate control
Rittal
Rittal Therm
Rittal’s Rittal Therm calculation programme enables users to find the most efficient means of climate control for their enclosures.
Eplan — a subsidiary of Rittal — has included a direct link to the software in its Eplan Platform 2.1 programme, which can handle online repetitive tasks for users working on designs such as single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring diagram, block diagrams and fluid (hydraulic or pneumatic) connection diagrams.
Heating, cooling and air-conditioning component product data from Rittal has also been added to the software.
According to the company, Rittal Therm removes the need for the laborious calculation of climate-control requirements.
Additionally, it features an easy-to-use interface that helps users to find the most suitable and correctly dimensioned cooling system for their applications.
Key features
- Eplan can function when multiple users work simultaneously on a project
- The latest version of the software features faster results in electrical, fluid, and electrical instrument and control engineering
- It also includes improved quality in machine and plant documentation
