JTAG emulator for ARM architectures
Phaedrus Systems
J-Link ARM Pro
Phaedrus Systems has introduced the J-Link ARM Pro, a JTAG emulator for a range of ARM architectures.
The J-Link ARM Pro is based on the successful Segger J-Link emulator.
It has an Ethernet interface, allowing complete electrical isolation between host and target and remote operation.
It has additional memory for increased firmware downloads.
Two additional LEDs act as hardware-status indicators.
The J-Link ARM Pro comes with licences for all J-Link-related SEGGER software products: FlashDL, FlashBP, RDI, J-Flash and GDB Server, providing an optimum debugging solution for professional developers.
It can be used with almost all ARM debuggers, enabling download to flash memory with an unlimited number of breakpoints when debugging programs located in the flash memory of most popular ARM microcontrollers.
It also comes with the licence to use the J-Flash programming software.
J-Link ARM Pro supports all ARM7/9/11 and Cortex-M3 devices.
It can be accessed via JTAG or SWD/SWO at high speed.
Using DHCP as a default, the J-Link ARM Pro can be used out of the box.
A built-in webserver simplifies manual configuration.
It integrates seamlessly with IAR's Embedded Workbench IDE.
