The IAR TMPM350FDFTG Kickstart Kit from Toshiba Electronics Europe can be used in the design, development, integration and testing of automotive electronic control unit applications that are required to comply with ISO 26262 functional safety standards for road vehicles.
The kit includes the hardware, software and tools required to develop an embedded application around the Toshiba MPM350FDFTG microcontroller — an ARM-based device suitable for applications within electric power steering controls.
The IAR Kickstart Kit features a microcontroller evaluation board, IAR’s visual-state graphical design environment and the IAR Embedded Workbench integrated development environment for ARM-based processors.
Additionally, a J-Link hardware debug probe that can be connected to a PC via USB enables JTAG debugging, which is compliant with ARM specifications.
