Densitron offers Passive Matrix OLED display
Densitron Display Solutions
Densitron DD-25664GE-1A
Densitron is offering its standard industrial 1-DIN sized Passive Matrix OLED (PMOLED) display.
The 5.5in display (DD-25664GE-1A) is the largest commercially available PMOLED module on the market, is energy efficient and offers an almost 180deg viewing angle.
The module has a resolution of 256 x 64 with a 16 gray scale, which allows the use of monographic picture menus, and a display contrast ratio of 2000:1.
The PMOLED measures 146 x 45 x 2mm in mechanical size and has an active area of 135.65 x 33.89mm.
It comes with a standard ZIF connector and supports various interfaces, such as eight-bit Intel or Motorola and three- or four-wire SPI.
It is suitable for a variety of applications, ranging from instrumentation and industrial equipment in general to DAB radio and Point-of-Sale systems.
The display is available in green but can be customised.
Densitron's Plug-and-Play evaluation kit allows quick import of menu structured bitmaps directly from a PC to the display.
It also provides direct access to the display registers, enabling real-time modifications to the display properties.
Only a USB cable, which is included in the package, is required for powering and interfacing with the kit.
Working example codes can be provided to help design engineers kick start the development cycle and support on hardware checks and code debugging are available at the initialisation stage.
Densitron also provides an OLED customisation and Engineering Design Service that covers displays, PCBs, plastics and complete user-interface design.
