Small voltage detectors with manual reset input
Torex Semiconductor
XC6127 voltage detectors
Torex has introduced the XC6127, a range of Voltage Detectors with ultra-low power consumption and suitable for monitoring a wide range of microprocessors in all types of battery-powered applications.
It utilises a revised internal circuit that offers improved temperature characteristics (+/-50ppm/C) and higher accuracies with a tolerance of +/-0.8 per cent now standard.
The XC6127 integrates a precise internal delay circuit and the standard release delay time period is set at 100ms +/-15 per cent.
Additional delay time options in a range from 50ms to 800ms are also available upon request.
With an ultra-low power consumption of only 0.8uA in operation, the device has a dedicated manual reset input and can be configured to detect low reset output or detect high.
It is available with either an N-channel open drain output or a CMOS output.
The USPN-4 package that measures 1.2 x 0.9 x 0.4mm comes as standard, however Torex also offers the XC6127 in the SSOT-24 package if required.
